INTRODUCTION

Business Review of Digital Revolution (BRDR) is a peer-reviewed journal committed to publishing high-quality theoretical and empirical research on digital transformation across business, finance, management, and society. BRDR publishes semi-annually and accepts original research articles, reviews, conceptual papers, and case studies.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF RESEARCH ARTICLES

Authors should submit manuscripts electronically through the journal's OJS submission system: https://brdr.org. Submissions must adhere to the journal's formatting and ethical standards stated below.

  • Papers must be written in English and submitted in electronic form via the OJS submission system.
  • Prepare a separate title page containing author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and contact details for the corresponding author.
  • For double-blind review, submit a blinded manuscript (no author-identifying information) and upload a separate title page file.
MANUSCRIPT TYPES
  • Research Articles — 5,000–8,000 words (empirical/theoretical)
  • Review Articles — 4,000–7,000 words
  • Conceptual Papers — 3,000–6,000 words
  • Case Studies / Short Communications — 2,000–3,500 words
MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE & FORMATTING

Authors should prepare manuscripts in .doc or .docx format using Times New Roman 12, 1.5 line spacing, and 1-inch margins. The suggested manuscript structure is:

  1. Title Page: Title, authors' names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, email addresses, and corresponding author details.
  2. Abstract: 150–250 words — structured (Purpose; Methodology; Findings; Implications; Originality).
  3. Keywords: 4–6 keywords.
  4. Main text: Introduction; Literature/Theory; Methodology; Results; Discussion; Conclusion & Implications.
  5. Tables & Figures: Numbered and placed near the first mention. Provide high-resolution images (min. 300 dpi).
  6. Appendices: If required, placed after references.
Tip: Keep identifying information out of the main manuscript file to preserve double-blind review integrity.
REFERENCES

All references must follow APA 7th edition. Include DOIs where available and ensure accuracy of bibliographic details.

ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS

BRDR adheres to COPE standards. By submitting, authors confirm originality and that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere. Disclose conflicts of interest and funding sources. For research involving human participants, include ethics approval and informed consent statements.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

All manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers. Possible decisions: accept, minor revision, major revision, reject. Authors must submit a point-by-point response to reviewer comments for revised submissions.

PUBLICATION FEES & COPYRIGHT

BRDR is open access. Currently:

  • No submission fee.
  • No Article Processing Charge (APC) — free to publish (policy subject to change).

Authors retain copyright and grant BRDR a license to publish. Articles are published under CC BY 4.0 unless otherwise notified.

POST-ACCEPTANCE

After acceptance, authors receive proofs for final checking. Return minor corrections within 3 working days. The paper will be scheduled in the next available issue.
